Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon

Volunteer Appreciation Week is soon approaching April 15-21st. We ask all those who dedicate their time to our organization, mark their calendars for April 20th at 12:00 p.m for a Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon.

All you need to bring is your appetite!

3rd Annual FORE Fun Classic

Haven’t you putted around long enough? Now it’s time to help Bethany Place and let us help you. Bethany Place, the largest, non-profit HIV/AIDS Service Organization is planning FUN FORE a cause at our 3rd Annual Fore Fun Classic Miniature Golf Tournament so plan your vacation around this date and see how can you participate!

Want to see your name on a hole? Want to have your business advertised to all event participants in our event booklet? Well now is your chance! Check out the opportunities and you tell us what the best advertising would be for you!

Sponsorship and Advertising Information

Do you have extra Cardinals Tickets lying around, maybe a dinner for two at a nice restaurant that you just can’t find time to go to? GREAT! Donate these items for Bethany Place’s silent auction which will be held from 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Are you a business who has coupons for buy one, get one free items? Pass those our way and we will give those out to event participants in our goodie bags. What better way for a participant to remember your organization: get them to come to you!!

FAB 4 MINIATURE GOLF TOURNAMENT—$40.00

Not so great on a Golf Course? Not a problem! Are you an excellent miniature golfer? FANTASTIC! Show off your putt-ing skills in our Fab 4 Miniature Golf Tournament. Grab three of your friends and become a team. It’s only $40.00 to enter your team – That’s $10.00 per person. Tournament begins at 1:00 – Putt-Off times every 10 minutes until 4:00 p.m. The lowest scoring team wins big!!

FAMILY TRIATHLON—$30.00

Want to show the neighborhood your family is the greatest? Well, we are giving you the opportunity! Sign you and two of your family members in the FAMILY TRITHALON! One will putt 5 holes of golf, one will get 10 balls in the batting cages, and one will race on the go-karts. Can you Outwit, Outlast, and Outplay the other families? Only $30.00 to enter your family! Family Triathlon begins at 4:00 p.m. You must register before 3:00 p.m. on June 9th!

Crystal Gala
