Case Management Services

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday (excluding Holidays)
*In order to be enrolled in Case Management services an intake has to be completed
*NO FEE

Our professional and highly trained staff coordinates customized treatment for consumers served. Services provided through Ryan White include:

  • Primary Medical Care
  • HIV Medication
  • Rental Assistance
  • Food Pantry
  • Transportation
  • Utility Assistance
Referrals to: Dental Care, Mental Health Services, and Legal Services

Prevention/Education Outreach Services

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday (excluding Holidays)
*Anyone is eligible for these FREE services

The Prevention Outreach Program offers a variety of services for individuals in the community. The goal of the program is to educate others on HIV/AIDS and offer them life saving techniques to prevent against the transmission of the virus. We offer the following services:

  • Free confidential HIV counseling and testing
  • Risk reduction counseling
  • HIV 101 presentations to the community
  • HIV/AIDS Support Group 1x monthly - peer facilitated

Transitional Housing Services

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday (excluding Holidays)
*Homeless HIV+ men are eligible for these FREE services

Bethany Place Transitional Housing Program houses 5 male individuals, who are both homeless and HIV+. The consumers may stay up to two years in order to effectively transition from homelessness to permanent housing. This is accomplished through offering self-help and referrals, and by an intensive case management style that attempts to provide for the resident a comprehensive plan that addresses the client's needs for a healthy drug-free environment.

Bethany Place offers individuals instruction in healthy daily living skills by offering and utilizing group and individual services. Group services include anger management, medication management, symptom management, daily living skills, and workplace fundamentals. Individual services are available daily to the clients.

Rental Assistance

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday (excluding Holidays)
*HIV+, Be In Ryan White Case Management, & Have Referral

All programs are by referral process only. Clients must work with housing coordinator and Ryan White case managers to see which one of our rental programs will best fit each particular client. No Income is required to be placed on any housing programs listed below.

Needle Exchange Operation of the Metro East (NEOME)

Mondays 1:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. & 5:30 p.m.- 8:30 p.m.
*FREE safer injection supplies *24 hour small supply bag available
*FREE overdose prevention *Deliveries are available
*Name not required at any time

NEOME operates on a one shot = one new syringe policy. Use a new syringe each and every time to limit the spread of HIV and Hepatitis.

Volunteer Services

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday (excluding Holidays)
*Business Hours, Periodic evening & weekend opportunities; Must be 18 years old

Volunteers are the foundation to this organization and allow us to provide life-changing programs for those affected by HIV/AIDS.
