Transitional Housing Services

Availability: Intakes 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday (excluding Holidays)

Cost: Free

Eligibilty: Homeless HIV+ Male

Program and Services:

Bethany Place Transitional Housing Program houses 5 male individuals, who are both homeless and HIV+. The consumers may stay up to two years in order to effectively transition from homelessness to permanent housing. This is accomplished through offering self-help and referrals, and by an intensive case management style that attempts to provide for the resident a comprehensive plan that addresses the client’s needs for a healthy drug-free environment.

Bethany Place offers individuals instruction in healthy daily living skills by offering and utilizing group and individual services. Group services include anger management, medication management, symptom management, daily living skills, and workplace fundamentals. Individual services are available daily to the clients.
